5-Year Structural Warranty

We provide a 5-year structural warranty on all our deck installations. This warranty covers any defects in workmanship that may arise during this period. If you experience any issues related to our labor, we will repair or replace the affected area at no cost to you.

In the unlikely event that you experience a problem with your deck installation within the 5-year warranty period, please contact our team. We will promptly assess the issue and take the necessary steps to address it, ensuring your deck is restored to its original beauty and functionality. 

50-Year Deckorators Decking Warranty

We offer two main types of composite decking materials: MBC and WPC. Each type comes with its own warranty:

• 50-Year MBC Decking Warranty: Deckorators’ mineral-based composite decking is backed by a 50-year structural performance warranty, ensuring that it will not suffer from material defects affecting the deck’s performance. Additionally, a 25-year stain and fade warranty is included, protecting your investment from everyday food and beverage spills and maintaining the vibrant color of your deck for years to come.

• 25-Year WPC Decking Warranty: For customers who choose Deckorators’ wood-plastic composite decking, a 25-year structural performance warranty is provided. This option also includes a 25-year stain and fade warranty.
